X3 Product Part (Config) (X3 EN)
This data is stored centrally via the PIM.
Standard products
Export a standard Product to your System. You can find more information in Standard Product.
Activate
Click to activate your storedata.
Export/Import
Adapt your Product Parts in a .csv file using Export and Import. When you import a file, Product Parts with the same Code are overwritten. A new code creates a new Product Part.
Please note that our .csv must be opened and separated by a semicolon and the character set must be set to UTF-8. If you use Excel, it is best to open the file via the import function.
Alternatively, free alternatives like LibreOffice can help. Here a selection is displayed at the beginning, how the file should be opened.
Add New
Create a new Product Part in the Datacenter.
Reset
Resets the current filter.
General

Attributes
Content type
Here you select the name of the print pdf on our server. This is important if you want to create a product that consists of several Product Parts (e.g. a brochure that has a product part for the cover and a product part for the content). In this case, both Product Parts must have a different assignment (e.g. content and cover). You can create new Attributes under PIM → Product Parts → Attributes.
Bundle Type
Here you select the type that the product part should use if it is used in a bundle. You can decide between an upload, an Excel upload and a personalization of the product part.
Bundle Personalization ID
Select the Template, wich the product part should use, when it is part of a bundle.
